Ben Witherington wonders if perhaps there is a profound difference between truth and information, if we have made the mistake of assuming that access to more information means we "have" more truth. And I quote:
"Discovering truth requires digging not just downloading, it requires
pondering not just printing out, and for it to make a difference in
one’s life it requires embracing not just understanding. The Word does
not become flesh in us just because we are ?n close proximity to it or
have ready access to it."
