Coaching Huddle Opportunity

One of the most important elements of my own growth and fruitfulness over the past few years has been the coaching I’ve received from 3DM. Being invested in week after week in this way has allowed me to grow in my capacity to build a discipling culture in my context that is simple and sticky enough to be readily reproducible and powerfully transformative.

In the course of this journey I’ve been able to pass on this investment to others as a 3DM coach, and I wanted to let you know about an upcoming opportunity for coaching.

I will be starting a new 3DM Coaching Huddle soon, focused on helping leaders establish a discipling culture in their ministry context both personally and strategically.

You and up to six other leaders will be part of a weekly one-hour conference call or video chat with a 3DM coach. In these calls, you’ll have an opportunity to learn the powerful 3DM tools for discipleship and become increasingly familiar with the vehicles of Huddle and Missional Community. In addition, you’ll receive strategic insights and practical skills that equip you to disciple the leaders in your context and release them into mission.

Through 3DM Coaching, you will:

Become a more effective disciple and learn how to build a discipling culture in any context.
Discover how to unpack the 3DM discipling toolkit.
Learn to disciple the way Jesus did.
Focus on personal and ministerial growth.
Experience healthy accountability and partnership with peers.
Gain tools and expertise that are simple, memorable, and reproducible for every context.
