The church my friends and I are planting in Fort Wayne is affiliated with an organization called the Ecclesia Network. It’s a young and expanding movement of churches that are relationally tied together with a heart to cultivate the expansion of the kingdom through planting healthy churches that multiply. It’s mostly a web of relationships, but there are also regional gatherings from time to time for training and encouragement.
Once a year there is a national gathering, though (Feb 16-18, 2010). Dallas Willard, Todd Hunter, Mary Hopkins and Bob Hopkins will be there, as well as a number of other practitioners sharing practical lessons from the field. I’m really looking forward to it.
